Job Summary: 

As an ISO IMS Lead Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and conducting Integrated Management System (IMS) audits in accordance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and lead ISO IMS audits (9001, 14001, 45001) to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain audit schedules, checklists, and reports.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the IMS, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous improvement of the IMS.
• Provide training and guidance on IMS standards and audit processes.
• Stay updated with changes in ISO standards and industry best practices.
• Support external audits and certification processes as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety).
• Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
